Massages

John Santiago provides massages on the fourth Tuesday of the month. Come relax to smoothing music as your aches and pains are massaged away. His rate is $50 for an hour. To schedule, call John at 608-446-2844 *Half hour appointments are also available
Stockboxes
Call for Eligibility | Once a Month | FREE
Stockboxes provide FREE food for making easy, nutritious meals that taste good! They offer low-income adults a large box of food every month. Stockbox food can vary, for example a monthly box may include dry cereal, canned chicken, shelf stable milk, peanut butter or beans, pasta or rice, cans of fruit, cans of vegetables and a 2-lb block of cheese. Seniors that are the age of 60+ who meet income requirements are eligible to receive a monthly Stockbox. For more information, contact Gail Brooks, Case Manager, at 608-837-4611
Colonial Club Lunch
Home Delivered Meal Recipients
Dane County rules require that an individual be present to accept your meal. Meal drivers arrive between 10:45am and 1pm and need to see you to know you are okay as a safety check. If you do not come to the door, the driver will return the meal to Colonial Club and you or your emergency contact will be called. Call by 10am the day of delivery if you know you will not be home or if you have any questions. Thank you to all of our volunteer meal delivery drivers.
Colonial Club Diners
Lunch is served onsite at the Colonial Club promptly at 11:30am, Monday through Friday. Please arrive on time. Diners arriving after 11:40am will have their lunch packaged to go. Remember to reserve your lunch or cancel your lunch by 12pm the day before. The suggested minimum donation for those 60 and older is $5.00 per meal, but please pay only what you can afford. Anyone under 60 is required to pay the full cost of the meal, which is $15.19 as set by Dane County, to help keep the program going. Donate what you can afford. Please remember, there may be last minute substitutions on the menu due to unexpected shortages in the supply chain. When meatless and salad options are available, they must be specified one day in advance. Transportation is available to and from meals.
EXERCISE PROGRAMS
Colonial Club Senior Activity Center’s exercise classes are designed to permit participants to exercise within their physical limits as determined by their personal physician. It is recommended you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program or activity. A signed Exercise Liability Waiver is required for all participants of fitness classes and/or use of the exercise room once per year.
Indoor Walking

Join Marcia in this walking class that is all about improving your health and well-being. Walking is a quick efficient workout to help tone your muscles and build overall strength, work on posture and balance, and develop a calmer, more creative mindset. Tai Chi Ease (zoom class)
Mondays & Fridays at 11am | $5 per class payable to instructor
Join master Jody Curley, certified Tai Chi Chuan instructor, in this 50-minute Tai Chi-Chi Kung class (zoom only) which offers both shorter sequences of repeating movements integrated with breathing and greater complexity in the movement sequences practiced. Walk to the Music

Join Marge for Walk to the Music. This class uses music for more enjoyment while keeping healthy at the same time.. Walking is appropriate for people of all fitness levels and is a great way to maintain a moderately active lifestyle. Stretching will also be included. Chair Yoga

Join Savanah, Activities Director, for 45-minutes of relaxing Chair Yoga. Chair yoga makes yoga more accessible for individuals with limited mobility, injuries, those who find traditional yoga poses challenging, and older adults. It offers many of the same benefits such as improved flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation, while minimizing the risk of falls and joint strain. Please wear comfortable clothing. Fitness for Active Agers
