2011 Date to Be Announced
The Colonial Club Board of Directors Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday evening, May 27 5:30 in the Cremer Auditorium.
Last year the annual meeting was re-designed to feature both reports on the state of finances from 2009 as well as an opportunity to honor the many individuals, organizations and businesses that support the Colonial Club.
"It's always a good thing to have a new event that was received as well as last year's annual meeting was," said Bob Power, Executive Director. Power said this year's annual meeting will be similar to last year's; starting off with election of new Board members. This will be followed by a report from Mary Gang, Director of Finance, Sue Deuth, Board of Directors Treasurer and a representative from the auditors from Wegner. Then attention will focus on honoring volunteer service.
Great food from Jean's kitchen (Colonial Club Catering), complimentary punch & coffee and a cash bar will help set the scene for an enjoyable evening. If you plan to attend, please call 837-4611 to RSVP no later than May 21.
