Low Impact Aerobics
Aerobics is offered Mondays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm. This exercise class is open to people of all ages. Beginners and those moderately fit are encouraged to attend. Sherry Tremaine is the instructor. The cost is $45 and $33 for Super Seniors.
Tai Chi Fundamentals
Would you like to reduce your blood pressure, lower your cortisol levels, ease your pain, improve your sense of balance, and let your stress slip away? If you answered yes, you'll want to check out our Tai Chi Fundamentals class held every Monday from 12:15 pm - 1 pm. We'll learn basic movement patters to help you experience the grace and relaxation found with this discipline. The cost is $5 per session. Music & Motion
On Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 am, senior participants meet for a gentle exercise program designed to improve flexibility and range of motion. The cost for the 10 week class is $27.50 and $18.50 for Super Seniors.
Yoga Made Easy
Yoga Made Easy is a gentle class designed to minimize transitions between the floor, standing, and chair based postures. In this class, you'll build strength, improve balance and improve range of motion. It is appropriate for people with arthritis, joint replacements, chronic conditions limiting mobility, weight concerns, or anyone else who is interested in learning more about yoga. Join us every Thursday from 12 - 1 pm as we gently encourage our bodies, minds and spirits into a greater sense of ease and grace. The cost is $5 per session.
