We are always looking for ways to recognize the efforts and energy that our fantastic

volunteers share with the Colonial Club. We would love your help. There are forms in the main office that you can use to nominate any volunteer(s) for the work they do for the

Colonial Club. We will use this information from the nomination forms to recognize

volunteers in a variety of ways throughout the year. This form will also be available at the Colonial Club and can be submitted any time during the year. Just drop it off at the main

office or give it to Lynn Pawelski.

 

Community Volunteer Opportunities

In addition to the usual volunteer opportunities at the Colonial Club, we also want to connect senior volunteers to other organizations in North­east Dane County. Here are a few opportunities:

 

Dane County Rape Crisis Center

They are in need of Crisis Line Volunteers. Contact Kacey Bitgood at 251-5126.

 

Volunteer Ombudsman Program

They are in need of Resident Centered Advo­cacy in local long-term care facilities. Contact Kellie Miller at 246-7006 for information.

 

HELP WANTED

Ö Can you assist our bus drivers with various tasks as they drive seniors to and from the Colonial Club?  Morning and afternoon shifts available.

Ö Do you like to drive? Are you interested in delivering meals to seniors in Sun Prairie or surrounding areas?

Ö Can you help serve lunch for our nutrition program or in our Adult Day Center?  May involve setting tables, serving food, visiting.
