This service will assist you in your home if you are 55 and over.  An employee of the Colonial Club will come into your home and provide household cleaning, meal planning, and preparation, laundry and food shopping.   We also provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, and mobility. 

We receive referrals from discharge planners, family members, clients or case managers.  The fee for this service ranges from $22/ hour to$24/hour, with scholarships available based on income.
