Check Out the New Updates in the Computer Lab

The Colonial Club’s Computer Lab recently received a major update due to the generous support of DANEnet and their partnership with Cascade Asset Management and Epic. Here are the highlights:

• We have Windows XP Professional Software on all of the computers.

• All stations have 17” monitors compared to the 14” old ones.

• Each system has 256 MB of memory compared to the 64 MB on the old systems.

• All systems have current versions of anti-virus protecting them.

• And last, but definately not least, there is a Docking Station available now.

This will allow you to bring in your laptop and connect to the Internet in our lab.

The Docking Station is located on the main counter area as you enter the computer lab.

Details about how to use this Docking Station are provided in this area.

Other important details for you to know:

• You no longer need to log in or enter a password to

begin using the system.

• You can now print from your system directly without

having to turn on the designated

computer that was set up in the past for printing.
